Delivery will be calculated based on the total amount of your order shipped. You will not be billed extra for back-ordered items etc. Delivery costs will be added to the total price confirmed to you by our shopping cart system.

Coupons and Discounts:
At this time our shopping cart is unable to accept coupons or discounts. Please call our customer service number (800-888-4718 in the US) or (310-826-7171 International ) to use your coupon or discount. Please note discount coupons cannot be used for sale or clearence items.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept checks and money orders by mail.
If there is an issue with your order, Defective, incorrect Item or non - delivery please notify our office immediately either by e-mail or by telephone. All issue must communicated to our office within 30 days domestic (USA) or 60 day (International), after this time period any correction is at the discretion of our office
Billing and Shipping Protection:
For your protection, and to thwart credit card fraud, we will only process orders when shipping and credit card addresses match on first time orders. Once you are an established customer you may have you order shipped to a different address.

We make every attempt to process your order as quickly as possible and ship it within 48 hours if products are in stock, ( Sometimes due to overwhelming demand we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. )
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it in its original condition unworn/unwashed , to our office for an EXCHANGE or REFUND WITHIN 15 DAYS from the date of invoice. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Sorry, due to health codes there are no returns on thongs or underwear. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT MADE ON AN EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCT.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and packages must be Insured, Registered, or Certified. If we do not receive the return we cannot issue the refund or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: Exchanges for different styles incur the regular shipping charges. Exchanges for different sizes of the same garment are free. Sorry, due to health codes there are no returns on thongs or underwear.
